After looking at Anarkali dresses in about 7 stores @ 8th cross, Malleswaram and feeling that either they were too bright/expensive/not zingy, I am already getting into the wedding mood .Not mine :P. There are two weddings scheduled to happen very soon, immediately after my exams .Both are cousin's weddings so I cant help but start shopping right away … Anyway I feel shopping for "function" wear, read ethnic salwars /sarees is cumbersome yet enjoyable :D ...

A new acquaintance, Sandeep, who is quickly becoming a good friend asked me, last week, if I were at all interested in going to watch Mythili Prakash (an Indian American dancer on tour here in the UK) in a Bharatnatyym show not far from Hull. .... hehe I've recently been in awe of Madhubala and her Anarkali in Mughal e Azam, she looks georgeous in that film and does a couple of Khatak-i dances...have you seen it...try and get a copy of it in colour, its amazing!
